15% off coupon received but not working

I received a 15% off coupon via email and I saved it to my wallet. The email disappeared but below is the screenshot of the coupon in my wallet. I was going to make an online purchase today but when I tried the code, it didn’t work. What happened? Was this mistakenly sent?
