15 off 50 coupon

since I changed emails 3yrs ago I don’t get the December coupon $15 off $50 anymore..I get the normal Sephora emails daily but the coupon goes to the old email address that I can’t access anymore. What can I do to get the coupon on my new email address?

I'm so lost in the sauce I didn't receive it either and I'm now VIB so I'm confused of who and what gets this email. I have never changed my e-mail.

@Serendipity08 Everyone with an account should have gotten one 🙂 I would contact CS to make sure that there's nothing wrong on their end. If you shop in store, the email (or mailer) will have a barcode that you need to show, but if you prefer to shop online, the code is 2017REWARD

I don't receive any coupons either. I am also a beauty insider and I use to receive them a couple of years ago and then they stopped. I actually didn't even know until today that Sephora still did coupons, I thought they stopped since I was not receiving them. Why is that?
