15% Promo Code not working

I have the promo code for the 15% off to use starting today, but it keeps telling me it doesn't exist? I've tried typing it in many times and nothing. I got a physical card with the promo code with a$75 purchase I made online...how do I get it working?!

I was able to speak to someone at Sephora and they told me to just switch the last two letters of the code. There was an error apparently with that...it worked afterwards, thanks!
