15% Off Code Sent to Me Not Working – Request for Replacement

Hello,

I received a mailer for 15% off. However, when I entered the code I received the following error message:

 

“Sorry, this offer is only available for select Beauty Insider members. If you have multiple accounts, this offer may be assigned to another account.”

 

I have attached screenshots for reference. Since the promotion was sent to me but the code does not work, I would appreciate receiving a replacement code that can be used to complete my purchase.
