$100 rouge reward

I am extremely unhappy with this. Even when I get it I don't actually get it? 

 

$100 Rouge Reward

I finally got to cash in points for the reward. I never got the email with the code but the reward did show up in my orders so I thought it would be straightened out. This is the response I got from customer service:

 

"I am sorry to hear that you have not received your Rouge Reward code.

After reviewing your account, I can see that the Rouge Reward was not created successfully despite being issued to you. Given this information, I have refunded your 2500 points, leaving you at 2712 points again. Please allow up to 24 hours for this change to be reflected on your account.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused."

THIS DOES ME NO GOOD. THE POINTS ARE USELESS IF YOU CAN'T GET THE REWARD. WHY NOT HONOR THE ORDER AND GIVE ME THE CODE?

 

TLDR- Rouge program is useless, sephora doesn't even honor the order even if you win the lottery to snag the reward in the 10 seconds it's available.
