$100 rouge reward

I'm just wondering how to go about exchanging my points for this reward?

I have literally been trying FOR A MONTH to get the $100 reward. I’ve gotten it before and it literally just does not show up. I’ve sat with 2 phones (my friend signed in her account, then me on mine) the $100 reward DOES NOT show up on my account while I literally see it on her screen. I can only see the $50 reward. Why is this? We’re loading at the same time. I have literally spent thousands and Sephora & I cant seem to get a simple $100 reward??? This is beyond infuriating

How is this a loyalty program when it punishes people who give a MINIMUM of $1,000 to this company a year? Honestly, buying directly from the brands is often a better deal with the regularity of discounts and promotions on their sites. I don't know how this company plans to stay relivent seeing as how they are no longer gate keepers and are often late to the table with new trends. And to have such a patronizing and dismissive response to this kind of frustration really distills how little they care. I know what you can do if you are really sorry, make it clear that this reward is at best a gamble but quite likely a scam.

Shoot sorry... I hit submit before I typed, but I have been able to get it in my cart everyday Tues/Thurs... I just can't checkout. It's gone faster than the checkout process?! HOW SWAY?! I have 5-6 PPL on different devices at different locations, using browsers AND apps, yet NO ONE IS ABLE TO CHECKOUT! I'm beginning to think they're either releasing 1, OR it's not even real. This damn reward has become a unicorn (awesome but nonexistent) and in the beginning I was able to get them WITHOUT ISSUE! Now, I need to understand how something can be out of stock in LESS time than it takes to checkout?!!!!! How can it be gone in less than a second when, at the fastest, it takes multiple clicks to checkout?! This is BULL! Sephora has their customers COMPETING like WOLVES just to redeem points they've earned! You can't return what you buy with it. You can't use any other promo codes with it. If what you get makes you break out, you're screwed. If it's not your shade, you're screwed. Meanwhile, Ulta readily transfers points into dollars off.  You can return/exchange your items. You can use a promo code. Their points system is far superior, and not so dang outdated. Sephora has their loyal customers competing against one another, and that creates disdain for both the company and fellow shoppers. Someone's on something good if this is the best they could come up with regarding this Rouge Reward!

I 100% agree! I had my cart full and ready to go and kept hitting refresh for the $100 2500pt rouge reward reward. The second it appeared, I successfully added it to my cart, clicked checkout and it was gone. Seriously less than 5 seconds. And I've been trying for weeks to get it. It's a crummy system that Sephora uses to drive traffic and I think it just creates stress and negative feelings. Why not just reward your loyal beauties instead of making us compete? I've been sitting on thousands of points for over a year and I am about done with Sephora. I'd rather they just do away with the reward program than make us feel like we are getting a steal when we spend hours stalking their website for our rewards.

Yes !! I agree with everything u said . I’ve been trying too every single Tuesday and Thursday on multiple devices, I noticed when using the app I don’t see any rewards updated after refreshing whereas on my iPad not using the app that’s where I see the reward. But only for half a second then it’s gone! I’ve redeemed this 4 times now and never once had a problem. It seems they have less rewards now or there’s some type of error happening. I know when I do get it in my cart and agree to it after that it makes me re login then of course after that it’s gone. But when I’m placing an order it never does that it just goes to the place order screen. Never a problem while taking our money! I feel extremely disappointed and disrespected as a loyal customer. And you’re absolutely right , why make us battle like Wolves! Lol sooo true it’s sick why not just cash in our rewards. I wrote a letter and I asked at what point will you step in and make this right? After 1 month of trying ? 2? 6 months ? A year??? Like when are they gonna step up and fix the problem here cause Im Done playing this game

Yes!!! Thank you for this comment, I feel like Sephora just does not want to acknowledge how outrageous this situation is. I have been wasting my lunch break for WEEKS refreshing my screen, only to encounter out-of-stocks and "technical glitches" if I actually manage to get it in my cart. This is an atrocious way to treat loyal customers who have spent a lot of their hard-earned money. What a scam. Sephora needs to rethink this reward system ASAP or they'll continue losing loyal customers to Ulta, whose rewards program is customer-friendly and doesn't make people compete against fellow shoppers.

I'm so disappointed in Sephora's service. I redeemed for the $100 reward and was saving up to buy myself something more expensive than I normally would. Only to find out that my reward expired a few weeks before. reaching out to customer service, they just kept telling me I could redeem for another one. 
what kind of service is that when only people who spend A LOT of money are able to redeem these rewards? I thought gift certificates were against the law to have an expiration date anyway.  Makes me reconsider shopping at sephora when there are products I can buy elsewhere.

The rouge reward isn’t a gift certificate though. That’s why it can expire.

A Rouge Reward is a $100 Reward that is available to Rouge clients in exchange for the redemption of 2,500 Beauty Insider points, while supplies last. The Rouge Rewards are released in our Rewards Bazaar > https://www.sephora.com/rewards on Tuesdays and Thursdays around 9 a.m. PST.

This is a joke. Ive written customer service twice about how I’ve had it in my cart 4x (after stalking the app on tues and thurs during launch time) only to have it immediately shown as out of stock the second I go to check out. It’s absolutely disgusting how, after spending so much money (way more than I should be) I can’t even get the reward that was so heavily advertised when you “re launched” the program. Not only that, instead they offer crappier versions of the reward instead. Classic bait and switch. Prices in Sephora Canada have also increased beyond what many are charging on the brand websites themselves. I’m beginning to loathe Sephora and have already started purchasing more directly from brands, at shoppers and at Hudson’s bay. I’m looking into selfridges too as the exchange on the products they sell is so much cheaper than Sephora. Shameful. I’m just as bad for continuing to purchase anything here.

They are never available. As a loyal Sephora customer (I've been a member since 2004) this is super disappointing. I get actual reward dollars when I shop at Ulta or Blue Mercury for spending much much less.

I set a timer and as soon as 9am PT hit, I started refreshing the rewards.  $100 NEVER showed up.  I decided to say screw it and spend the extra points for the 25 and the 50 and the 50 disappeared before I could even check out.  That’s really pathetic Sephora.  And I heard you screwed Play subscribers out of their 50 point coupon too.

you advertise this to entice people.  it’s exchanging points not products.
