@GrouchyShopper New Rouge Rewards are released every Tuesday and Thursday around 9 AM, PST. There is a limited quantity released every Tuesday and Thursday. I hope this qualifies.

Ya, one... maybe zero because it's always gone in less than a second, but it takes more time than that to even checkout! I can get it in my cart, but the second I hit checkout, it's already out of stock! HOW! I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE PEOPLE TRYING TO GET THIS FOR ME, ON MY ACCOUNT, IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS... AND NOOOONE OF US ARE ABLE TO ENTER THE CHECKOUT PROCESS BECAUSE IT'S SOLD OUT THE MOMENT IT'S ADDED! AT THIS POINT, NO ONE CAN CONVINCE ME YOU'RE RELEASING MORE THAN 1, OR THAT IT'S EVEN REAL!
I guess my biggest question would be- why are they limited time? You guys are MORE than aware of how quickly popular awards go. I can understand why products are limited time/amount, but why the gift cards?
I order mine today at 9:04 am that the offer appears but when I was doing the check out it say “error” and they discount me the points. I contact CS and they told me to log out and log back to refresh my account and the points came back but when I tried to order again, it was sold out!! So disappointed
Same thing happened to me today, apparently their little "glitch" isn't a one off

I am so sorry to hear this. I understand how disappointing this can be. New Rouge Rewards are released every Tuesday and Thursday around 9 AM, PST in the Rewards Bazaar. Totally agree. I am feeling the constant “bait and switch” trademark of the Sephora “rewards” methods.
I also recently redeemed a promotional code and made the designated required purchase to receive a La Mer sample, only to receive no such sample when my order arrived. While I understand that the free samples with purchases can run out and may be substituted,my purchase was made in order to receive the promotion that I was told I would receive when I made the purchase. There was no disclaimer advising me that although I had spent 50 and selected the particular promo code I might not actually get what was promised. I should have been given the option of canceling the order.
I contacted customer service as was given a lousy 100 point bonus to quell my frustration.
This is clearly rly false advertising, and I believe quite deliberate.
I remember that La Mer promo!

You are so right. This is the most ridiculous rewards program. Sephora is going to lose me to ULTA who actually gives discounts and money back on a regular basis. 20% sale once a year is a joke and having to work so hard to redeem points is terrible.

Ulta definitely blows you guys out of the water with its rewards program. The $100 rouge reward shouldn’t be limited quantity. If you have the points, it should be available. Period. When I reach that level of points (or any dollar amount) it’s available to me. Period. For this reason I’ll choose Ulta if it’s a product you both carry.
I've been a Rouge member for a few years, trying to save up points for something great but it's been so dang hard cause everything is SOLD OUT. Even the $100 rouge reward card is unattainable ... I've been buying from Nordstorm lately and even if I'm not a "member" there, the SA's always hook me up with a bag full of samples vs. a perfume sample from y'all which I already have 2 of in my stash! Sephora used to be my first choice because of the rewards program, but now I have all these points and literally nothing besides perfume samples to redeem ...
Long time Sephora member here (I beta tested the site ages ago). Alas, I have to agree RE feeling the frustration RE rewards being sold out. I have over 12K points that I've been saving. I have so many free samples that I am donating them to either a prison outreach group or a shelter; I can't use them all. What I really want is that sweet sweet $100 back to splurge on a fancy perfume or something so outrageous that I normally wouldn't consider it. Please make this a flat option, Sephora, and not a limited time thing. You'll retain customer loyalty bigtime.
This thread has literally crushed my happy mood today! I finally reached Rouge with the purchase of a very expensive palette this afternoon and I was so excited to go get my $100 Rouge bonus to use on more product...and then reality hit.
I've been an Ulta customer for years and I cannot tell you how many times I've been able to redeem points for product! If I could do the same with Sephora (where I actually tend to spend more per item, on average), it would be a game changer. I guess I will go back to focusing on Ulta rewards until Sephora catches up on how to treat their customers who spend a LOT of money at their stores.

i have redeemed twice and both times I was successful on the first try. One of the redemptions I made I was shocked to see that 15 minutes later it was still showing available. I can’t speak to how much later some of the people who are having trouble try to get the reward- for me it’s never been a problem.
