$100 reward "your basket is out of date"

I've been trying to get the $100 reward for two weeks now and I've had no problem spamming f5 until the reward appears and adding it to my cart. When I go to check out, I ALWAYS get the error "Your basket is out of date" and I'm never able to actually redeem the reward. After a few seconds of refreshing the basket in hopes of fixing the error, it goes out of stock. I've had this issue on both chrome and the mobile app. Also, I tested to see if I could checkout with the $25 and the $50 reward and I do not get the same error for either of those other rewards. I have 3,200 that I can't even use. What gives?

We're so sorry to hear this and apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend checking out as soon as you put the reward in your basket, as the Rouge Reward is available in limited quantities. We appreciate your feedback and will forward it to the appropriate team for review.
