$100 Rouge Reward

Good morning,

 

I’m a rouge member and have been staying in this app on Tuesdays and Thursdays when Rewards Bazaar is updated and I never see the $100 rouge reward which is very upsetting. Why mislead people about the rewards? Additionally, for the amount of money we spend with Sephora the rewards offered aren’t that great. I encourage Sephora to start offering better incentives for shopping with this company and offer better deals. Also, 500 points for only $10 off is not a good reward and could be better. Please rethink the reward points system this year!!!

@beallucanbee, my apologies! Please check back on the website and app around 9 a.m. PST each Tuesday and Thursday. It doesn't always release right at 9, but it releases around that time frame. Additionally, we value your feedback about the rewards program and apologize for any disappointment. I'll share your feedback with our Beauty Insider teams for continued improvements.

How misleading. Sephora doesn’t want to reward their customers much at all it feels. Money off a purchase should not be limited as it encourages the customer to keep shopping in order to keep getting money off their purchases. 
Ulta has a sliding scale for points to $ off for purchases, and I can buy any Sephora exclusive directly off of their own website. Do better and let people spend points accordingly, we don’t want 1000 points of lipgloss.
