$10 off foundation code not working for online order

I ordered the sample foundation package that provides the $10 off a full size. It is not working on the application. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Mine doesn't work either, tried with four different options and it won't accept the code. It's not expired yet, this is frustrating.
