$0 Balance

For Mothers day my son gave me a $75 gift card.  I was saving it to combine with the gift cards I get for my birthday to purchase a few things.  I scratch off to get the gift card number and add it to my account when it states is at $0 balance.  I never used it...I go into my history and do not see anything purchased this year.  I just called and they told me I used it online on 5/29 when I never did.  The customer rep could not give any other details.  After reading the previous complains about the $0 balances I am so disappointed.  Either CVS or Sephora data was compromised.
