Transitioning off of Relaxer

Hi Y’all!

I have relaxed 3b-ish hair, that is also short (ear length when straight). I decided that I want to go natural, but I am not sure how to do that. Do you have any product recommendations for me, also how can I take care of my curls?

any suggestions would be great, thank you!!

Re: Transitioning off of Relaxer

Congratulations on the decision to go natural. It’s a journey that will have its ups and downs… and there will be days when you are questioning if you should just go back to a relaxer. From personal experience, I would recommend giving yourself some time and some grace as you go through transition… and as you discover the beauty of your natural hair, your curls and everything. As for products, I would recommend Moroccan oil very moisturizing and rich. Besides Moroccan oil, pattern beauty is also another product line that I would recommend to maintain the health and beauty of your hair. Pattern is also very moisturizing too and there’s a mask specifically for transitioning.
