Curly hair

Can we talk about those of us who were told growing up that having curly hair was “bad” and “difficult”? I’m 22 and it’s just now that I’ve stop damaging my hair and started working to regain my curl and feel beautiful with my ethnic features. Through my own curly hair journey I’ve also taught my mother how to care for her hair. Let’s normalize embracing the features we were born with!
