my kat von d lock it foundation comes out very cakey even though I am using very little. how can i apply it so it won't be cakey?

Hi @makeupobsesed1 - Yes, the Kat Von D foundation is very thick and heavy. If you haven't used too much of it yet, you could try returning it. My all time favorite foundation is   DIOR - Dior Airflash Spray Foundation is it goes on really smooth and is buildable. However, if you can't return the KVD foundation then I recommend mixing it with a moisturizer or a primer such as  Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer 1.35 oz/ 40 mL .
