Hi everyone! So i finally found the perfect shade for me and it's in 4.0 of Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Foundation; however, it doesn't last all day on me 😔. I also have the Nars tinted moisturizer in St. Moritz (also a good shade, but doesn't last all day). I've tried multiple primers and powders with both and found that they didnt last as long as I wanted it too. I've also tried the fenty beauty foundation in shade 240 (ran a tad pink, so it was not yellow enough for me). I was wondering if anyone has the same skin tone and is currently using a foundation that lasts at least 10 hours (for days when I happen to be out all day and night). Thanks in advance!

try using the urban decay all nighter setting spray. it will make any foundation stay on literally all day and night.

thanks for the advice! that may work. I used to use the UD setting spray religiously, and then got carried away with trying other ones. should definately, try it again. i used the hangover setting spray with the 2 foundations mentioned above, so I guess the spray doesnt work for them.

I too literally just found the perfect shade and I am in a 4.0 too. I was so excited because I can never find a good match, ever. I have tried many and they all turn orange on me. I love the naked skin weightless one too, but it doesn't last on me all day either. It also doesn't seem to cover much for me. I have lots of discoloration from acne marks and I can't seem to find a good concelear to help either. I too had the same issue with the fenty. I know your struggle! I do the powders too and it doesn't seem to work on me either!

hi! omg I feel horrible responding back to you 3 months later! I'm still learning how to use the app... I can be a slow learner lol. ive been going on an adventure to find my long lasting foundation. for now, I've been trying a lot of drugstore foundies. I find that loreal infallible pro-matte 24 hrs in 105 lasts all day for me. i use a beauty blender to sheer out the shade as it is a tad darker so sheering it out matches my neck better. a silicone based primer works best with it and setting it with powder helps make it last longer. I do have to add oil to it (i.e. jojoba oil) just because my skin is dry and needs moisture. if I don't, the overall look turns out to be very powdery and cakey. I also use a setting and finishing spray after. overall, a lot of steps but worth it. i do not spot conceal, but the foundation is thick and buildable, so maybe you will find that you do not need to spot conceal with this foundation. unfortunately I cant speak about the foundations at sephora yet, but I hear laura mercier's flawless fusion ultra longwear foundation and too faced peach foundation works really well and lasts all day. my shade in sephora is 3y06 so if we have the same shade, just type it in the search bar and you can try all the other foundations and see what works for you. I also refer to foundation.com to find foundations that will suit my skin tone. good luck!!
