Pores no more!

I'm looking for a product that will help my skin look more smooth on camera. I have some large pores on my cheeks and some other unevenness [like old scars/pits] and a few bumps. What would be the best way to hide this stuff? Concealers? Primers? Foundation? Thanks!

@lizacoy In regards to primers, i'd recommend the Makeup Forever Smoothing primer.  This is the best primer that I have found that can smooth out the skin before foundation.
