Is there a difference between the 15 hr and the 24 hr smashbox studio foundation aside from the 9 hour difference?

I meant to grab the 15 hour but accidentally got the 24 hour instead?

I picked up the 24 hr to try as a new foundation, it was truly awful. It pilled, stuck to any remotely dry spot and oxidized to an awful colour. But that’s just me 🤷🏼‍♀️
