@Macardlc, I'm going to tag a bunch of stuff.  It depends on your skin type and preference (subtle highlights and underpainting or blinding highlight and all the contouring).  I don't contour heavily, usually just the forehead and cheeks and while I can highlight subtly, I usually like a blinder.  My skin type is oily-combo.
