idk what is a good primer what primer do u guys like that isn’t oily

I’ve used the elf primer and the refy primer

I enjoyed E.L.F's pretty primer alot. I liked how affordable thier liner up it's 👌👌 @68lover

@68lover My favorite primer lately is Iris&Romeo Weekend Skin SPF 50 Instant Glow Tinted Mineral Sunscreen with Vitamin C + Niacinamide on days I both do and do not wear makeup.
