Welcome to the Spring Cheek Challenge!!!  I'm looking for that seasonal refresh.  For the first SPRING Cheek challenge, (I know right.. How is this the first...I couldn't get past IYKYK, "Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking."), I want you to look towards personal moments and icons (person, celebrity, objects) for inspiration.    Look to the Gawds, dahhhhhlings.   And zhuzh it up with an outfit, or hair accessory or anything you think that's relevant.  I've declared this the "year of using my pretty things, " and I'm inviting you to join me!

It took a couple of days to get the shades and gradient I was aiming for - I kept defaulting to blending all the shades together. Ended up swiping the product onto cheeks with my hand, except for the blush stick which went on directly from the tube. Then lightly blended the colors adjacent to one another, first with my fingers and then with a BIC favorite, the SEPHORA COLLECTION PRO Blush Brush #99, to soften and diffuse any lines of demarcation.

@itsfi, your blending and gradient look are so pretty on you. I really like that Rare Beauty shade. I've also been really curious about the Makeup By Mario soft sculpt. It looks so soft here. Beautiful.

Today I wore PATRICK TA Major Headlines Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush Duo She's the Moment (soft tangerine) . It’s a bright tangerine without going too orange. The picture is after almost 8 hours of wear. I used a tone-up sunscreen that didn’t wear the best but the blush is still holding strong.

@makeitup305, orange looks pretty on you. That's some good staying power on the Patrick Ta. Did you use the cream shade first then the powder, or the other way around?

@itsfi I did the powder first and then the cream. I usually don't have any issue with it picking up the powder underneath.

@danielledanielle I get good wear time out of his blushes. I have dry skin and live in a dry climate so idk if someone with oily skin or in a humid climate might have a different experience. I don't usually have issues with blush fading. I've forgotten what it's like to feel moisture in the air lol
