What’s the best eye pencil that stays on all day?

Hi! 

I love doing Smokey eyes I use a pencil to darken my waterline to make it more dramatic. I find myself looking in the mirror an hour later and… all of the black gel liner is on my bottom waterline and makes me look like I cried my eyes out lol. 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a gel pen that stays on? It would be much appreciated!

@miasworld26 @It’s not a gel pen but Inglot AMC eyeliner gel is amazing.
