Thought I'd start a thread just for Viseart since so many of us LOVE them.

I love to encourage a small brand as opposed to a brand where you pay for the name. The eye shadow quality can't be beat!

Saw this on Facebook a while back and thought I'd add it here.

A 12 color Viseart Eyeshadow Palette is $80 USD (before pro discount). Each eyeshadow pan is 2 grams and valued at approx. $6 ($3.00 per gram).

MAC has reduced the price of their single eyeshadows refills from $10 USD to $6 USD each. So 12 colors at the new reduced price would be $72 USD (before pro discount). Add the $8 USD empty palette to store them and we're back to $80 USD.

EXCEPT: Each MAC eyeshadow pan is only 1.3 grams ($4.62 per gram). You're getting only 15.6 grams of product, as opposed to the 24 grams of eyeshadow in the Viseart palette. That's a loss of over 8 grams of product.

FINAL ANALYSIS:
It would cost $119 USD for MAC to duplicate the Viseart palette (24 grams of MAC eyeshadow at $4.62 per gram and $8 for the palette).

Really love this video. That copper is stunning! You did a great job with all the swatches and it was really helpful for seeing the differences in that column of pinks. They look more different than I expected from the swatch pictures I've seen. I'm going to have to try the sandwich method.

The copper is stunning.  I love the shade...and some of the others in this palette.  Glad it helped!

My Ribbons Boheme arrived.  

Better swatches (from my earlier makeup show ones) and in sunlight.  They apply beautifully on the eye.  Late afternoon sun...so a bit brighter but softer than earlier in the day.

Looks great on you! I ordered this and mine should be here soon, but I have such a gripe with the three pinks. They look really similar, just different intensities. I wish they would have included some other colors. Maybe I'll feel differently when I get it.

The last one has a slight purple undertone that the others don't have.  And the first has a white hint.  But they are similar ...though less so than they look in my photos.

I keep playing with the palette.  That is late day sunlight so they're a little darker in person (a touch).  So pretty....I could see them on your eyes.

Wow ...gosh... I am just in love with the shades! They are so so pretty. I have no other words except 'pretty' lol  I am speechless 😃 That's a good sign for perhaps the Nov sale? hahaha if available in Canada or if not hmm here I come Muse beauty....great now I want this 😃
