I have been wanting to grow my hair out for a while .I have tryed so many thing,tips,and products. any tips or produced suggests

Hi, I have grown very long hair quickly by using lots of deep conditioner and hair masks, but my fave product for hair growth is the Shea Moisture Jamaican Castor Oil Mask. Sometimes I use it throughout my hair, but other times I will just massage it into my scalp since that increases circulation which helps with hair growth! 🙂

Hey I used few drops of josie maran pure argan oil in 2,3 tablespoons of organic coconut oil on alternate days n it made my hair grow super fast after I got bob cut. Try this, ut also nourishes hair. I keep oil for either overnight or at least 2,3 hours. N use sulfate free shampoo afterwards.

I go through phases of growing my hair as fast as I can, and I’ve learned a few tricks: 1: Take biotin and an omega. I use ovega-3 - it’s vegan! 2: Only shampoo twice a week, and massage your scalp when you do. 3: If you want to get DIY, mix some castor oil and argan oil and apply to your scalp and use the leftover on the lengths. Massage for a few minutes. Let it set for at least 30 minutes. Wash with shampoo. 4: Olaplex is a life-saver, especially if your hair is damaged. Leave it on as long as you want! 5: I like to use reconstructive conditioning masks instead of regular conditioner. My faves are by Brite, which sadly isn’t available at Sephora. 6: Drink WAY more water than you think you need to. 7: Up your proteins - fish are the best, but lentils and almonds are great too!

@Anonymous Add my vote for Alterna Caviar Repair Re-Texturizing Protein Cream that @bakeamuffin suggested 🙂 I use it once a week and it has helped my hair immensely.

I found that incorporating Olaplex into my hair care routine made a big difference @Anonymous. It made my hair stronger so that it could grow. I also like adding a protein to my hair, like the Protein leave in treatment by Alterna or the Ghost Shampoo and conditioner by Verb. 

If your hair is dry at all, it’s also a good idea to use a Hydrating hair treatment once or twice a week. Good luck! ☺️
