White dots on ends of hair

I don’t bleach my hair or add a lot of heat to my hair. I wash my hair 2-3x week. I’ve noticed white dots towards the ends of my hair and they snap off right there. I need help and recommendations

The white dots are generally an indication of mechanical or chemical damage. If you don’t heat style or colour your hair then it’s simply a weak point in the shaft that’s about to snap. 

You can’t fix this with a hair mask or hair serum, you need a trim. Then after your trim, incorporate Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector Pre-Shampoo Hair Repair Treatment 3.3 oz / 100 mL

into your routine along with Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair!™ Deep Conditioning Hair Mask 8 oz/ 237 mL

and you should be good to go.

Get a good trim to prevent further breakage. You can’t heal alreadysplit ends so you need to cut them off or they’ll keep splitting furtherup the shaft. Then get yourself a good mask I like a few .. Moroccan oil has a good one, Verb, Amica , Briogeo. And some Moroccan oil to seal the cuticle when dry. Try washing your hair in cold water too.

I recommend using a serum to prevent the hair from further breakage.
