Wavy Colored Hair

Hey Guys, 

So recently, I have decided to invest in better skincare and haircare products. I'd say my hair is pretty wavy. It's also thick and black, and I wanted to get a balayage down using chocolate brown. So I was wondering if you guys know any leave in conditioner for colored hair. I got a haircut once and the hairstylist used the mixed chicks leave in conditioner on my hair and it made my hair look great! But it also felt really crunchy. So I was wondering if you guys have used something with the same effect minus the crunchiness. I would love your input.
