I had a blowdry at the weekend and they've seriously damaged my hair. I could smell singed hair all evening and then literal pieces of burned off hair came off when I brushed it. What can I do to help repair it? I'm gutted as I lost my hair to chemo in 2021 and it's only recently it's started looking/feeling like it did before.

Kerastase has a product line called Resistance that you might want to check into. There are two shampoos. This one Kérastase Resistance Strengthening Shampoo for Damaged Hair from Heat Styling 2.71 oz/ 80 mL helped me a few years ago. I have not tried any of the other Resistance products. I also like K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask 1.7 oz/ 50 mL that someone else mentioned.
