Thin Hair

My hair has been falling out for the past 3 years. Some days it’s worse than others. The specialist believes it’s because of my iron and vitamin D deficiency. Now that I’m addressing that, less hair is falling out, but now I’m concerned about my regrowth and thickness. My hair is currently so thin I can hold it all up with ONE Bobby pin. Any suggestions on promoting hair growth, strength and thickness?

Hi there same issue with me. I started using the Ordinary multi peptide hair serum every night. It works. Just keep taking your iron, vitamin D and also take biotin. Eat eggs everyday. You will be fine.
