Scalp Psoriasis Shampoo but Color Friendly?

I have had scalp psoriasis for a few years now and have been using the usual Neutrogena T-Gel Extra Strength Shampoo from the drugstore. However I hate everything about this shampoo (smells bad, makes hair feel gross, strips hair dye, etc)

I color my hair (funky colors) often but have resorted to ombre dye jobs because I'm afraid of having hair dye applied too close to my scalp (in case it'll get stripped after one or two washes). 

Has anyone had any experience with other shampoos that are psoriasis safe AND color safe ? Or anyone with psoriasis who also dyes their hair bright colors that can discuss their experience?

I have psoriasis and I dye my hair a lot. There are 2 I can recommend that I have personally tried myself and sort of worked for me.

These 2 helped a little but not to the extent that Tgel Extra Strength Coal Tar shampoo would. I would still use that here and there because you can’t stop using that one but I have had luck with these 2. They are both sulfate and parabens free. There is some support for apple cider vinegar helping calm down psoriasis, you can look it up.

I got psoriasis when I was 11 and I am 32 now. I have had my share of experiences. I started taking the Tremfya injection 2 years ago and it’s done wonders for me. It’s like I never had psoriasis to begin with. I don’t have any side effects from it. I highly recommend seeing a dermatologist and asking about it if you can.

I’m just wanting to follow this bc I’m wondering the same thing that they stuff is the worst smelling stuff I can’t do it but scalp is really bad rn
