Needing help with dry, damaged hair due to LOTS of coloring/bleaching. Any ideas?

My hair is really dry and damaged due to LOTS of bleaching and coloring.I honestly don't know what my natural hair color is because for the past10 years I've been coloring and bleaching my hair. I just went Friday to get my hair done. It looks amazing, but the ends are so dry and damage. It's to the point that it is getting very tangled. I've sprayed keratin treatment on it before I even brushed it, but it is still very dry. Are there any products you recommend to help get my hair back healthy? My hair dresser told me that I need to baby it. Any Suggestions? Thanks in advanced!

Just wanted to let you know that Olaplex #3 is availlable at Costco for a great price if you decide to try it. It does work better than temporary masks etc for longer term repair. I also like Briogio repair mask. @Anonymous

OLAPLEX No. 3! Not offered at Sephora but through the direct Olaplex website. I just finished my first bottle and ordered another two. I’m naturally brunette and have been going blonde, and this has made such a difference in my hair. Don’t waste $60 trying other high end masks, try Olaplex. Keep in mind, it’s meant to repair, and is slightly moisturizing but NOT advertised as a moisturizer. So you’ll need to follow it with a moisturizing conditioner. @Anonymous

Also, Olaplex has a two step system for licensed hair specialists, which is added to the dye. My stylist charged extra for this addition but again it’s worth it.
