Hi there! I’m glad you asked. I have damaged hair by heat and because my hair is very sensitive (I have fine hair). I have some product recommendations that brought my hair back to its original state, yet healthier.

To prevent future damage, I highly recommend heat protectant. The best heat protectant out there is definitely the Garnier one, but if you want one from Sephora I would suggest the Moroccanoil Perfect Defense Heat Protectant 6 oz/ 225 mL . 
Purple shampoo is also a must in saving your hair. Definitely try the dae Violet Hour Purple Shampoo 10 oz / 300 mL . Game changer for me.

Kerastase has some amazing products as well. I won’t directly suggest one since it depends on your hair to determine what product is the best for you.

For frizz, I 100% recommend the Cliganic Jojoba Oil. It is not sold in Sephora though. Not only is it cheap, but it removes frizz like an eraser. Don’t forget the coat of salon-kissed shine it adds to your hair (it doesn’t make your hair look oily though, don’t worry). It was a miracle worker for me and my mom, who both have extremely frizzy hair. Try getting it from Amazon. Use it after showers or before you dry your hair.

i recently bought garnier heat protector and trying to use it. 

it just randomly started being damaged otherwise i do not use much heat on my hair.

i do use rosemary oil once a week and started using olaplex shampoo. 

but i am still working on the oils and serums to see what works best.
