Hair Care Routine for Asian Hair

Hi everyone!

I’m 26 and adopted from Korea. I’ve always had healthy, long hair and haven’t had to do much to keep it that way just using shampoo and conditioner from the grocery store. However, as I’ve gotten older - it seems to be thinning and is more easily damaged and even has gotten frizzy towards the ends. I’ve seen on other threads that this is common for Asian women around this age, which I didn’t know. I’d love to hear any tips/product recommendations from anyone who has a great hair care routine for thinning/fine/damaged hair.

@alpal7 I have long, straight hair and am East Asian. To grow my hair out and prevent splitting at the ends, I've been using Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother Frizz Control Styling Hair Cream 3.3 oz/ 100 mL  . Just at the ends.
