Are damaged, dried and frizzed the same thing?

Also, note that frizz can also just be part of someone's hair type.  It's not always indicative of damage or dryness.  Usually textured hair (curls, coils, waves) will have frizz.

Would that mean "baby hair" could be the same thing as frizzy hair, @danielledanielle?

It's a different texture.  We all have baby hair unless someone chooses to get rid of it.

damaged could be due to overprocessed hair and coloring

dry could be from the weather, shower, using too many products, washing your hair too much 

frizzy is when your hair reacts. This could be due to humidity or if your hair is wavy, curly. Some people who have straight hair can experience this too.
