Davines vs Oribe

If you have used both Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo and Davines MOMO Hydrating Shampoo for Dry Hair 8.45 oz/ 250 ml , which was better for dryness/dullness?

Re: Davines vs Oribe

@Mel231

They are completely different in every aspect.

Oribe doesn’t use any specific technology, it’s just essentially just expensive shampoo. Gold Lust is a thick consistency with a rich lather. I’m not a fan of the scent. I’m not a fan of the way it makes my hair feel, but I’m generally not a fan of Oribe and prefer Kerastase.

Davines is an entirely different type of brand. They grow their key ingredients on their farm in Italy (in the case of Momo it’s the Melon) and use a process called slow food precidia. The texture is a gel, it’s a bit runny but it lathers very rich. The shampoo and conditioner leave a nice slip in the hair. The scent is melons.

Edit - people ask in the DM’s a lot, no i

do not work for any of the hair brands Sephora carries. I just know a disgusting amount about haircare.
