Crispy hair! Help!

Hey everyone! My hair is super dry and crispy (I've dyed it for the past 4/5 years) and it only feels soft after I see my hair dresser. I want to get a shampoo and a conditioner here but I have no idea what to get! Suggestions?? I've tried verb but it didn't work well with my hair. I've tried the apple duel package that's clean and it was pretty good but I'm looking for something really good to make it look not so bleh! Help! I'm a makeup artist, but when it comes to hair I'm lost!! (In the picture you can see how fluffy it is)

What you are describing are two different things: you say fluffy then crispy. Also bare in mind when us hair stylists do your hair at the salon you will never be able to replicate it 100% no matter what products you purchase. 

If you feel your hair is frizzy (fluffy) and and want to smooth it down you can go with OUAI - SMOOTH Shampoo

and OUAI - SMOOTH Conditioner.

Living Proof Restore and Alterna Caviar are my go-to's.  My hair is colored but those keep it incredibly healthy and soft.  I switch back and forth between them, so use one for 2-3 months then the other then back again.
