Best hair care for swimmers?

I swim regularly and my hair has become all frizzy and dull. I want to maintain it by having a natural haircare routine. Can someone help me?

there's one on ulta's site by babo that I was looking at that looks good, bc I've been wanting to start swimming again also.  wearing a swim cap would probably help also.
