US Secret Santa 2021

It’s time yet again! Just reusing the thread from last year cause why not? I am pleased to host the BT Secret Santa for the seventh (I mean that sounds right? Maybe not?) year!

The rules are pretty much the same as the last few years!  

Rules:

1. US only

2. Must have a minimum of 600 posts on BT and be an active poster within the past two months! This is a community activity so participants should be an active part of said community.

3. You must make an account on elfsfer! That’s where the wishlists will be and the drawing will take place! Make sure your wishlists are updated with proper SHADE information and your address. 

4. The spending minimum is $50. Meaning you can buy one item that is $50 and have it count or multiple items to total up to $50! And as per usual, you can spend over on your elf if you so choose!

5. If there is even the slightest possible hint that you're going to buy something on your wishlist, do not put it on your wish list!

6. Include a gift receipt if the item your buying includes shade selection!

- To Sign Up:  November 3nd..  Names will be drawn on November 4rd and elfster will send you an email with who you got. Shoot me a message and I'll send you the sign up link! I know its a little quick this year because I started late but I always try to do it with the sale.

- To Send Gift: December 11th. Gifts will need to be sent by or on this date.

Finally figured out what my most wanted item is for me! This is my first year alone for xmas and I will be getting a tree of my own. What do I need? A red lipstick or red lipstick kiss tree ornament! Of course I put it on my wishlist. I'm excited to get my own tree but it's also bittersweet.

@sprocketta I'm sure hope the tree puts a smile on your face and so glad you are excited about it.  The search for my Christmas tree is one of the most exciting things for me to do during the holidays.  A red lipstick ornament sounds divine.  What a cute idea!

@tjffc Thanks! I bought a 3 foot and decided to swap it for a 6 foot. I think it will bring some cheer. I'm putting it up this weekend.

@sprocketta  That sounds fantastic. I am sure you will have fun putting it up.  I'm envisioning drinking hot chocolate or hot tea while trimming the tree.  It's what I look forward to the most.  A few cookies to go with it is the best😀.  I'm not sure where you live, but I live in California and several of the crafting stores have very cute ornaments.  I've actually seen a few make-up ornaments.  They were adorable.

@sprocketta The main store is Mouskatels (they are owned by Michaels). Mouskatels is larger but carries many of the same items as Michaels.   When I first read your post, I thought it said you live in New York.   North Carolina is beautiful.  I visited a few years ago.

@sprocketta  This is only my second year alone for December holidays (first year happened 20ish years ago) so I can relate. I hope your tree brings you some happiness!

Finished shopping.  Now the hard part is waiting for everything to arrive and I got a bonus gift for my Elfie.

@SportyGirly125 You are crazy fast! I want to look at what shows up in seasonal sections the next few weeks. And hoping for a Black Friday sale. I found some cute items unexpectedly in stores that way.

@SportyGirly125 I saw your beautifully decorated ghoul friend package and I hear you are the guru for pretty decor.  I can't wait for the unveiling to see what you do for Secret Santa exchange.   I'm way too excited about Secret Santa!  Perhaps I need to find something else to do besides buying make-up and skin care products and logging into BIC😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

@eshoe Oh my goodness!  Thank you for the link. I was able to see the most beautiful floral creation  I've ever seen. @SportyGirly125. You are so talented.   The flowers are gorgeous and shows how extremely creative you are.  Now I really cannot wait to see your next masterpiece.😀

@tjffc Yea ever since last year's Galentine's exchange I am known to be the crafty one.  I made paper flowers for my Galentine.  I have been brainstorming since yesterday and just need to pick up my craft supplies at Michael's.  Crafting and being on BIC and helping others on here are what relaxes me.  You should see how @eshoe wraps.  Her decor and wrapping skills are so amazing and on another level!
