Hair spray/gel for sock bun.

I have used the same hairspray and gel for a sock bun but I am looking for recommendations on different ones to try. I have long, thick, and curly hair. Has to keep my hair in military regulations, absolutely no fly sways.

I don't have super thick or curly hair so you may end up disregarding what I'm going to say. However, I've found Herbel Essence strong hold gel or hair spray does the trick. The gel works wonders when you use it with wet hair.
