The Packaging Thread

Packaging plays a major role in beauty products. Brands put out releases with special LE packaging. How many times have you drooled over the compact itself or the box or jar? Some packaging is a work of art. This is a thread to show that extra swoon-worthy items you had to photograph and share. I'm a sucker for the PMG lipstick boxes and keep them all. Huda put out a number of lip sets in adorable tins (this tin sits on the bathroom counter). These are a few of my favorite items. Please share yours. How can you not, @SportyGirly125 😂 They are part of the experience of the brand. Love when an unexpected one shows up. Curious to know if there is one you prefer over others.

@eshoe I clearly don’t have a Tatcha problem 😂 I really like the SDJ one and the skin food one.  Skin Food was the first company that I bought a mask from that offered a scooper years ago (the one to the right of the Laneige lip mask scoopers).

@sprocketta Love this thread idea!  Honestly, though, I just get excited when brands come out with appropriate packaging for air-sensitive and light-sensitive ingredients!

@lmaster I can see why. I know the shape of the makeup in the compact doesn't matter, but everyone still swoons over the fancy Chantecaille compacts with pictures of animals in them.
