Scratches after dermaplaning

Can someone tell me asap if my scratches are permanent and what I should do!!

I just dermaplanned for the first time yesterday and I released that I went a little too strong and fats and have a few scratches on both of my cheeks on my face😭. They’re little red scratches and aren’t bleeding (they were much red yesterday but are barely red anymore) and they look like simple cat scratches. I’m just worried if it’s permanent or not, someone please tell me ASAP!

They shouldn't be permanent. Make sure to wear SPF and stay out of the sun as much as possible till the scratches heal to prevent hyperpigmentation or scaring. In the mean time, you can always put Neosporin on them to help speed up the healing process.
