Missing

I placed an order and didn’t receive the item I really need, which is the BB cream

Hey @Kmcclean, it is likely that the BB cream shipped separately because it is not listed in your order slip. To see if it did get separately, you can check the Recent Order tab of your account. Also, I'd recommend posting this in the Customer Support group so a MOD can help you. For immediate assistance call Sephora at 1(877)SEPHORA.
