BIC Made Me Do It!!

As I was getting ready today I noticed that I was thinking of how I could do a shout out for one of my new favourite products, recommended to me by a fellow BIC enthusiast. As I was going through my routine I noticed that I had several products that were recommended to me through BIC/BT specifically.  Now BIC frankly, has given me a push to order a lot of things, but these are specific products that were only purchased because of a BIC recommendation, not just a new launch product that was exciting.  I was thinking I needed to thank a few people for their awesome recommendations on products that aren't just a flavour of the week, but now hold a good anchor in my life. 

Does anyone else have a specific product thank you? Mine mentioned below!

Great thread idea @missjeanie ! I have had so many BIC inspired purchases. Bioderma was the most recent, I believe it was @eshoe that inspired it. Dphue Apple cider vinegar was gifted to me by @lmaster  and I’ve bought several more since. Farmacy honey potion mask was inspired by @itsfi and lots of other sheet masks. My favorite lip mask Tatcha The Kissu Hydrating & Plumping Lip Mask Original was inspired by @SportyGirly125 .

@faeriegirl I'm so glad you ended up liking it!! It's a must have in my routines! There's so many products that you've had a major hand in enabling like the st tropez watermelon lotion, the silk scrunchie, the abh brow gel,,, and I know there's so many more 😆

@faeriegirl I actually looked at my Farmacy honey potion too trying to figure out if it was a recommendation or just sheer "I love the brand, you'll be mine". lol

This started off for me when I was putting on my sunscreen this morning.  I ordered the Skin Aqua Tone Up UV Essence after hearing @heartsmyface talk about it.  I'm on my second bottle now.  I wear a lot of sunscreen, a lot.  But I'd always stuck with North American brands, convenience I suppose. This one glides on so nicely, it plays well under make up, and I don't so much as get a bit of colour while wearing it.  I'm a fan! Its also made me much more curious to try out other Asian sunscreens! 

The second product that made me think maybe this needed to be a bigger post was the Alterna Caviar Rapid Repair Spray.  This was listed on the TJMaxx/Winners thread by someone who mentioned that it was their favourite.  I'm sorry I don't remember exactly who this was!  I remember being in store looking at this and thinking that someone had mentioned it, I stood there looking around BIC to confirm this was the one and snapped it up.  I have what appears to be old packaging, but this stuff doesn't just add shine and moisture, it's also got crazy detangling properties (I can run a brush through my waist length hair with no problem right after a spritz out of the shower), and it smells great.  I've enjoyed several other Alternatives Caviar products but this one is my tops.  I will 100% pay full price for another when my TJ's version runs out.

@itsfi has raved about the SEPHORA COLLECTION Clean Lip Balm & Scrub Dragonfruit  and I finally bit the bullet and bought one last year.  I now have two that I use daily and another two on the way now.  This is my favourite lip scrub, I love the format, I don't get it all over my fingers or the rest of my face, it scrubs, and it moisturizes.  Zero complaints. 

The Bioderma was a BT made me do it.  Someone was talking about how it was the only micellaire water they used and how it removed their eye make up like nothing.  At the time I thought it was crazy to spend so much on a water.  I typically only use a remover to remove eye make up then use a regular cleanser.  It looked like a good amount of product and there were so many people backing this statement up about it being the best, I went to the drug store the next day and bought one.  It's been my go to ever since and I've been through at least 5/6 bottles since.  

The Dior Lip Glow Oil Berry was partially influenced by a few BICers who received this in a gratis box last year, however it was seeing @SportyGirly125 buy another and reading her review that pushed me to purchase.  I was already a fan of the Dior lip glow balms and so this one wasn't a big reach for me, however I not only love this one, but I've now been drawn into a world of lip oils.  This one however is still my go to!  

The Native Deodorant is a thank you to BIC in general.  I was using my clinical strength secret or dove with no real thought to my deodorant, however seeing so many people here try more natural formulas and having been gifted a natural deodorant (Briogio) from BIC made me start experimenting.  The Native is my favourite, so thank you BIC for getting me started on a natural deo journey I didn't even know I needed/wanted!

The Sun Bum 3 in 1 leave in was another @SportyGirly125 item!  She sent me one in my secret Santa box and I fell in love.  The scent on this is out of this world, and with long hair that I brush wet... this is a dream.  I've since expanded out to their S&C, as well as their repair products and masks, oh and I've used their sunscreen too lol.  I'm all about that beach scent!

@SportyGirly125 I think BIC has enabled my beauty products more than I could ever mention in a general sense.  It's over flowing at this point, but there are always a few that are more specific lol!  Thanks for helping enable some of my favourites!
