eye cream recommendations

Can anyone recommend an eye cream that works? I've got hooded eyes, plus my eyes are really puffy when I wake up these days. which creams actually work?

For puffiness I would use gel based eye creams. I sometimes even put eye gels in the fridge so they get nice and cold which helps brings the inflammation even more. Right now I’m using Biossance peptide eye gel. It works really well for puffy eyes and wrinkles, I would give it a try

Farmacy Dew It All has been the only eye cream that has worked magic for me - de-puffs, brightens and somehow seems to have made my eyelashes longer!

@Anonymous At night I like using the Laniege Eye Sleeping Mask to help reduce puffiness.  In the morning I use Origins Ginzing Eye Cream-it brightens the under eye area and reduces puffiness.
