Foundation woes

Foundation won't stay put 

HI there!!

I am a 44 year old woman with combination skin. No acne, typically normal skin until you add foundation then I  get a bit oily

Currently I use milk primer 

Scenegence anti aging foundation

Fenty setting powder 

And huda resting boss face water proof setting spray

My makeup will not stay on!!  It comes off around my mouth first, then my fore head it's embarrassing and grossly patch within hours

I would LOVE any suggestions anyone has!!!

Have you tried out a stick foundation? Also, maybe you should try a new primer. I use E.L.F Putty Primer.
