What is the best under eye mask for dark, sunk in and dry skinned?

Sephora US doesn’t sell them, but I love the Patchology under eye patches. They have a day one, a night one, and an illuminating one. I really like the day and night ones. They are nice little treat. The day one, which comes is a light blue container, plumps up my under eye and is a nice treat in the morning. The night one has more treatments in it. 

I then follow up with eye creams. One of my favorites is Drunk Elephant C-Tango™ Vitamin C Eye Cream 0.5 oz/ 15 mL .

Hi. I have the exact same issues and the Peter Thomas Roth Hyaluronic eye gel masks really seem to help with my mature dry eyes. Good luck with whatever you end up using.
