C-firma pump

The pump to my C-firma is not working and I have lots of product left. The bottle also is leaking? This seems to be an issue for others. Is there a solution?

@SusanER  personally I would take some pictures and contact DE's customer service directly to see what solutions they offer. Since vitamin C degrades pretty quickly after oxygen exposure if it's leaking product out it's also probably leaking air in and the effective ingredients may no longer be active
