what products should i use for under the skin pimples?

over the past few weeks, i have gotten a couple under the skin/blind pimples. they have been causing minor pain and inflammation. i’m not sure if it’s one of my products i’m using that’s causing this.

what products would be recommended to get rid of these pimples quickly and effectively? 🙁

@ShaydaJade  The only quick way to make that acne disappear (assuming it’s cystic acne) is to see a dermatologist about getting cortisone injections. 

Otherwise, any topical product you apply will take time and patience—and cystic acne doesn’t respond to many of the usual acne-fighting ingredients in serums and creams. Benzoyl peroxide and/or a retinoid like adapalene (Differin gel, for instance) may help, but they’re not overnight miracles. A derm or primary care doc can diagnose the type of acne you have (it might not be cystic, or even acne at all) and help you find the best treatment options.
