do you use toner before or after serum

I have the blume spot and scar fade serum and i recently rebought the glow recipe toner. The toner did wonders for my skin but i never rebought it  because i wasnt able to go to sephora. Im thinking of rebuying it again but im not sure if i would use my serum first or toner
