best tea tree oils and supplements?

what are the best tea tree oil and/or supplements to help get rid of little bumps all over? I've read some great things about Lush toner water, is it really that good?

I use the tea tree oil from the body shop as well as the tea tree toner from lush and they work wonders@

Yes! I use Lush Tea Tree Water toner every day and I love it! I also take a daily dose of zinc supplement.
