Will Fresh's Vitamin Nectar Glow Serum cause breakouts?

Hey all!

I have combo, acne prone skin. Since hitting my 20s, I've been searching for a good Vitamin C serum to add to my skin care routine. I'm currently using The Ordinary's Ascorbyl Glucoside 12% Solution, but I notice that it isn't really doing anything for me. My last trip to Sephora, I got a sample of Fresh's Vitamin Nectar Glow Serum which made my skin feel baby soft! I just wanted to know if anyone else in the group with similar skin to mine has tried this product and experienced breakouts from it? The ingredients include coconut oil which makes me a little bit nervous.

Hey @JulesChantel unfortunately skin is really personal so your skin type won't actually dictate if something causes you breakouts.  If you found the sample worked for you its usually a good sign that the full size will work for you as well.

Have you had any other negative experience with coconut oil?

Hey @meou, thanks for responding to my post!

I haven’t tried coconut oil in my skincare products before, unfortunately.

But thank you for your help 🙂
