What is the best concealer for acne prone skin? A lightweight concealer?

Heyy! Do you know a great concealer that is good for oily/acne prone skin? I don't want to cause acne and pimples with the concealer. And also I don't wear foundation...a wear all the rest but no foundation.

I use the NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer and it works wonders for covering up blemishes and acne scarring. It's lightweight and has a high coverage.
